Q: Will I receive The Adamant Experience resource in the mail?
A: The Adamant Experience is both digital and physical. You will receive a paperback copy of Adamant in the mail and have access to the rest of the interactive study via the web. If you registered for the Premium or Group option, you will also receive the I am Adamant Bracelet in the mail.
Q: What happens after I purchase The Adamant Experience?
A: You will get an email containing your username and password. With this, you will be able to watch the video lessons, download the study guide, and access the other content. You will also receive an email confirmation of your purchase.
Q: Can I download The Adamant Experience?
A: You cannot download the video content, but the videos can be streamed online anywhere at any time. You can, however, download some of the study components like the study guide and declarations.
Q: Who is The Adamant Experience Group option for?
A: You can have up to 50 people access the study through the Group option. This is a great option for small groups, businesses, and churches. The Basic or Premium options are for individual or household use. Note: If you would like to have more than 50 people go through the study, please contact us for special pricing.
Q: What if this study doesn’t meet my needs?
A: We offer a 15-day full money-back guarantee. If you buy The Adamant Experience and don’t feel like it was worth the investment, we will promptly refund your money. No questions asked. If it’s within fifteen days of your purchase date, contact us to receive your refund.
Q: Are my credit/debit card details secure?
A: Yes, they are 100% secure. All payments are processed through our PCI-compliant payment processor.
Q: Is there a payment plan option?
